I've put hot sweaty sun bed abs into the members area now :D.. Now..to go begin eating more carbs (fill out my muscle glycogen) before bed tonight, then a little more tomorrow night. then a high sodium meal in the morning before the shoot (Macdonalds my choice..ha) you will see the pics first in a new additional section to the members area when I have the touched up photos xx
